1 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of last signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the “City”), and the Service Provider identified in the Basic Provisions below (“Service Provider”). This Agreement is for the purpose of the Service Provider providing services to the City as set forth in the Agreement. This Agreement includes and incorporates the Basic Provisions, the attached General Provisions, the attached scope of work (Exhibit A), and the attached method of compensation (Exhibit B).
