Exhibit B (Method of Compensation) EXHIBIT B PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS OF COMPENSATION, EACH OF WHICH IS SUBJECT TO THE MAXIMUM COMPENSATION AMOUNT ☒ HOURLY RATE.
