Cummins will <br />supply documentation and reasonable assistance to others responsible for system engineering, design and performance.  <br />Taxes and Permit  <br />Any applicable sales tax, permits, fees, licenses.  <br />Bonds  <br />Any bid bond, payment or performance bond or other type of bond. <br />All items listed above are excluded and will only be supplied by Cummins if agreed upon, in writing, by a sales representative for <br />Cummins.  <br />NOTES: <br />This proposal is based on specification section 263213 and drawing EP-10-5001 only.
