One Category 3 wetland requiring afoot buffer and.rastreams were located on the <br /> subject site. The proposed project includes the construction of a new single family home that will result <br /> in the permanent impact of 3,232 SF buffer area. Mitigation measures include the enhancement of the <br /> remaining buffer area(10,177 SF)and preservation and enhancement of 427 SF of upland area. The <br /> mitigation should result in a net increase in local functions and values. <br /> This critical area study should be considered subject to change until reviewed and approved by the <br /> appropriate regulatory agencies with jurisdiction. <br />
