The applicant must adhere to the Norton/Grand Neighborhood Conservation Guidelines and <br /> Historic Overlay Zone Standards at the time of building permit application. <br /> 3. The site plan date stamped November 3, 2016 indicates a west side setback of zero feet. The <br /> minimum side setback required is five feet. If the building is not designed with a side setback of <br /> five feet,it will require a deviation from the neighborhood conservation guidelines and historic <br /> overlay zone standards subject to review by the Historical Commission. <br /> Planning Department,Land Use,Comments—Kembra Landry—425.257.8808: <br /> 1.
