The wetland is relatively small and confined to a topographic <br /> depression north of the site. <br /> Proposed Project: The proposed project is a single family home with access driveway,utilities,and <br /> stormwater management. The applicant is proposing to reduce the standard <br /> 135-foot buffer to a minimum of 82-feet for a total buffer impact of 3,232 SF. <br /> The applicant is proposing mitigation measures to offset these impacts in the <br /> form of buffer preservation and enhancement.
