Reservation of rights. <br />Products, Fixes, and Services Deliverables are protected by copyright and other intellectual <br />property rights laws and international treaties. Microsoft reserves all rights not expressly granted <br />in this agreement. No rights will be granted or implied by waiver or estoppel.
