According to the Snohomish County Assessor,the <br /> house was built in 1990. <br /> As-built plans were available during the visit. The finished house has many changes to the <br /> original design. The existing framing layout has been shown on the attached plan set. <br /> Additionally,the client asked to verify the adequacy of a beam, column,and footing. The <br /> existing Douglas-Fir No.1 4x10 is adequate for the loads,the column and footing are not <br /> adequate and should be replaced to match what is shown on the attached plans. <br /> Attached are existing plans for the house,along with the proposed alterations. <br /> No destructive tests were conducted during this site visit. If during construction it is found that <br /> any of the conditions differ from what has been expressed above,notify this office immediately <br /> for a revision of design.
