This email will serve as the building <br /> department correction letter.The comments below should be addressed.Two revised full-sized hard-copies of the <br /> drawings should be submitted for review. An itemized response letter stating how each comment has been addressed <br /> should be included with the drawings. <br /> Comments <br /> 1. The submitted documents include sketches for the proposed project. Construction-level drawings prepared <br /> using established drafting standards are required to substantiate compliance with the IBC.The drawings should <br /> include plans and details as needed to clearly show the proposed work.The current editions of the building <br /> codes applicable to the project should be specified. See IBC Section R107.2.1. <br /> 2. The location of the proposed work within the building is not clear. The plans should include a key plan showing <br /> the location of the work area. A north arrow should be provided in the both the key plan and partial plan. See <br /> IBC Section R107.2.1. <br /> 3. Details for the construction of the new wall should be included.The details should specify connections for the <br /> top and bottom framing plates to the existing structure. See IBC Sections 107.2.1 and 1603.1. <br /> Please use the Online Permitting Portal to check the status of all reviews.
