Adjustments have been <br />made as follows and have been labeled with revision tag 1: <br />General <br />1. The project specifies the applicable building code as the 2018 IRC, and lists the <br />Occupancy Group and Construction Type as "R 3"and " 1/8 ; respectively. These are IBC <br />classifications that do not apply to IRC construction. These should be revised to "IRC'; <br />or these line items can be removed. <br />Noted <br />2. The house is subject to Code Enforcement action per File No. CE21-0928. The <br />drawings to not provide suffident information to address the unpermitted conditions <br />and should be revised. See IRCSection R105.1 and R113.2. Unpermilted conditions <br />appear to include but are not limited to. <br />a. Updating of electrical throughout the house. <br />Some electrical has been changed. Electrical Plan added. <br />b. Installation of in -wall heaters <br />No wall heaters were installed as part of recent cosmetic remodel. <br />c. New kitchen plumbing, including sink and dishwasher. <br />Sink appears to be in the same place, but dishwasher is new and is shown as <br />such. <br />
