Tests 24 performed within the previous 12 months are acceptable for the 25 following tests: 26 a) Compression Set (ASTM D395) at 70°C for 22 hours: 27 Maximum permissible set = 40% 28 b) Bond Strength (ASTM D429, Method B): 29 Minimum bond strength = 40lb/in, 100% rubber tear 30 c) Heat Resistance (ASTM D573) at 70°C for 7 days: 31 Maximum permissible change in tensile strength = -25% 32 Maximum permissible change in ultimate elongation = -25% 33 Maximum permissible change in durometer hardness = +10% 34 d) Ozone Resistance (ASTM D1149) 35 Representative strips of material shall be prepared in accordance 36 with ASTM D1149, Method B1.
