Enhancements shall be mutually agreed upon by 21 the Contractor and Engineer prior to performing any Work to implement the enhancement. 22 23 Enhancements do not include the use of Uniformed Police Officers or WSP, address 24 changes to the allowed work hour restrictions, or changes to the staging plans in the 25 Contract (if applicable).
