Refer to Item#4 of our letter dated April 25, 2007. We have received 3 pages of calculations stamped and signed by Andres A. Aldave, P.C. These calculations appear to address the change from the Kortek panel walls, on the permit c wings, to the current metal stud wall system. First, these should have been submitted for our review prior to their construction. Our comments on them arc as follows: Y There appear to be three wall types on this project. They are the East and West cave walls of Building A, the North and South gable end walls of Building A and the parapet walls of Buildings B & C. Calculation sheet 2 appears to cover the metal stud design of the cave walls. Calculation sheet 3 appears to cover the 2 span walls on the gable end walls however, the 6'-0" dimension only covers a wall height to 20'-6" while the ridge is at 27'-8". The parapet walls do not appear to be addressed at all. }- Please provide calculations to cover all the wall cases and conditions. r Please include calculations and detailing for the wall connections to the structure. Please provide two sets of stamped and signed drawings to cover all wall conditions 1 including door and window openings and jamb studs and their connections.
