#4833-2294-9365.4 <br /> <br /> <br />13 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SERVICE AND SUPPORT <br /> <br />Provider will use reasonable efforts to make the Services available during business hours <br />Monday – Friday and to conduct routine maintenance after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends. <br /> <br />When possible, Provider will provide to Plus and Premium members at least 48 hours’ prior <br />notice of maintenance that may interfere with the operation or accessibility of the Services. <br /> <br />In the event of an outage of the Services during normal business hours, Provider will use <br />reasonable efforts to analyze and address the problem and to restore Services as soon as is <br />reasonably possible. <br /> <br />Provider will provide support to Customer in the form of advice and troubleshooting during <br />business hours Monday through Friday.
