Based on our review of <br />provided plans and specifications we understand that construction inspection and testing services will be required. <br />Therefore, we have prepared this proposal to outline the scope of work required to provide earthwork-related, <br />concrete-related, and asphalt-related services, in accordance with the project requirements. The prices, terms, and <br />conditions are in accordance with the City of Everett’s and GeoTest’s Professional Services Agreement signed on <br />January 1, 2023. <br />Construction Activity Estimated Costs <br />Earthwork Related Services $16,636.00 <br />Compaction Testing for Asphalt $11,159.00 <br />Inspection and Testing of Concrete Construction $16,880.00 <br />Inspection of Post Installed Anchors $5,246.00 <br /> TOTAL $49,921.00 <br /> <br />Our estimate may vary due to circumstances that may develop during the course of the work or due to extended <br />construction duration. This budget is not to exceed the above total amount for estimated costs - services will <br />expire on 12/31/2025.
