CITY OF EVERETT <br />EVERETT Permit Services <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: <br />Arlen Bradley <br />SUBJECT: <br />Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br />PROPOSAL: <br />Site Work for Retaining Wall Construction <br />LOCATION: <br />5109 Chinook Dr <br />PERMIT #: <br />PW2111-023 <br />A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division and the Building Division indicates that the following revisions should be <br />made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br />Please see the compiled list of comments below to revise your plans accordingly, prior to resubmitting to Permit Services. If you have any <br />questions regarding the Public Works comments or need anything further, please directly contact this project's Public Works reviewer, Terri <br />Jorgenson, at TJorgenson@everettwa.gov. For Building comments on architectural, structural, or other types of drawings contact the Building <br />Reviewer, Drew Martin, at dmartin@everettwa.gov. <br />Resubmittal: Drop off your hard copy resubmittal along with a Transmittal Sheet (available at the Permit Services Lobby or online hereA <br />Transmittal sheet (PDF)) to the Permit Services 2nd Floor lobby/mezzanine at the "Drop Box for Permit Intake" spot. For more instructions, see <br />our permit application submittal & re -submittal Instructions (PDF). Lobby hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am — 3:00pm. Also please <br />provide electronic copies of the resubmittal documents to TJoreenson@everettwa.eov (email with a downloadable link to the electronic files). <br />Required resubmittal items are as outlined below: <br />Public Works Reviewer Comments: <br />1. For your resubmittal, provide 2 copies of revised construction plans. <br />2. Indicate on the site plan the location of the infiltration trench in the back yard and its setback to the proposed retaining wall. Attached <br />to the email is a copy of the original site plan for the property submitted when the SFR was constructed for your reference. <br />3. Provide the quantity of Clearing/Grading/Fill/Excavate for the project. <br />4. Provide a completed Construction SWPPP for Small Projects Template (PDF). <br />
