Dish Site: SESEA00125A <br /> Lessee fully complies with its obligations set forth in this Section. This Section shall survive <br /> the natural expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. <br /> 49. TIME FOR PERFORMANCE. Time is of the essence for the performance of each term, <br /> condition, and covenant of this Lease. <br /> 50. ESTOPPEL. At any time during the Term, within thirty (30) days after Lessee's receipt of a <br /> written request from Lessor, Lessee shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor, any <br /> lender, assignee of a lender, any purchaser, or any other person reasonably specified by Lessor <br /> an estoppel certificate which certifies (i) that this Lease is in full force and effect (if same is <br /> true and correct); (ii) the current amount of the Rent due hereunder, (iii) to Lessee's actual <br /> knowledge that there exists no event that with the passage of time would give rise to a default <br /> under this Lease, and(iv) the remaining Term hereunder. <br /> 51. NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES. This Lease is not intended to (and shall not be <br /> construed to) give any third party, which includes without limitation the Third Party, <br /> Additional Collocator, any authorized sublessee, Lessee's customers, or any other third-party <br /> beneficiaries, any right, title or interest in this Lease or the real or personal property(ies) that <br /> may be affected by this Lease. <br /> 52. COUNTERPARTS. This Lease may be executed in any number of identical counterparts <br /> and, if so executed, shall constitute one Lease, binding on all the Parties hereto, <br /> notwithstanding that all the Parties are not signatories to the original or the same counterpart. <br /> Execution of this Lease by facsimile or electronic signature shall be effective to create a <br /> binding Lease and, if requested, Lessor and Lessee agree to exchange original signed <br /> counterparts in their possession. <br /> REMAINDER OF PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK.
