Section 6. Section six of Ordinance 2015-94 (EMC 14.48.060) which reads as follows: <br /> Priorities of service for industrial water shall be: <br /> A. Scott Paper Company; <br /> B. Other continuous customers; and <br /> C. Stand-by service. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Priorities of service for industrial water shall be: <br /> A. The Mill Owner; <br /> B. Other continuous customers; and <br /> D. Stand-by service. <br /> Section 7. The City Council hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause <br /> or phrase of this ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council <br /> that it would have passed all portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination herefrom <br /> of any such portion as may be declared ' a1id. <br /> lir ./jLeaf <br /> _• . 0 D.
