r • ORDINANCE NO 2186 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 35th Street from Federal to Snohomish Ave; Kromer Avenue from 35th Street to 34th Street; and Tulalip Avenue from 34th Street to 35th Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading to proper grade, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to male a complete improvement, creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor and providing that payment for said improvement be made by s_oecial assessments on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds„ Whereas, a majority petition of the property owners petitioning for said improvement , has heretofore been filed with the Commissioner of 73ublic Works and said Commissioner has found the things set forth in said_ petition to be true, and, Whereas, said Commissioner of 'ublic Works has filed with the City Council all data and information, as required by . law, anl, whereas, said Commissioner of `°u.blic Works has recommended to the City Council that said improvement petitioned for be made, and it appearin" to the City Council that public convenience and necessity requires such improvement to be made, now therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1 : That 35th Street from Federal to Snohomish Avenue; Kromer Avenue from 35th Street to 34th Street and Tulalip Avenue from 34th Street to 35th Street, be improved by clearing, grubbing, grading to proper grade, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, according to the plans and specifidations, prepared
