Five Thousand (u5000.00)Dollars, of that pact of the Mukilteo water main now belonging to the Mukilteo Water District , extending from the South City limits of the City of Everett to its connection with the water main owned by the City of Everett on Edward Avenue and pursuing the fallowing described course, to-wit: Beginning at a point on Edward Avenue where the City of Everett pipe line, in the alley in Block 7, Vestal and Whitfi eld's First 'plat, intersects the Mukilteo pipe line in Edward Avenue;thence east along Edward Avenue to Federal Street; thence south along Federal Street to an intersection with the old Mukilteo Boulevard across the N 1/4 of Block 9, Swaiwell 's 3rd Addition; thence Wtly along sal d Old Mukilteo Boulevard across Block 9, Swalwell 's 3rd Addition to an intersection with the new Mukilteo Highway; thence continue in a general WTly direction along said Mukilteo Highway to its intersection with the West line of Secti on 36, Twp 29 North of Range 4 E.W.M, together with the installation in said line of the necessary number of fire hydrants and doing all other work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2158 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to Oe specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the mount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon a d roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
