4:1 free access to any performance, exhibition, play, entertainment or amusement above enumerated without any fee, compensation or reward for the purpose of inspecting the same or enforcing the law and ordinances of the City and any person, firm or corporation, refusing any police officer admittance to the same shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not to exceed One H .ndred( `100) Dollars or imor.isoned in the City Jail for a period of not to exceed thirty(30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section Any person or persons , firm or cooporation who shall conduct, maintain, manage or carry on any of the performarn es, exhibitions, plays, entertainments or amusements mentioned in this ordinance without having first obtained a license therefor/as provided in this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not to exceed One Hundred (yt'100) Dollars or imprisonment for a period of not to exceed thirty (SC) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 6 : All licenses shall be revocable by the City Council for violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance or whenever , in the opinion of the City Cou° cil any of the exhibitions or things done under such license shall be disorderly or shall tend to disturb peace and good order in the city. In case any such license is revoked, the unearned portion of the fee paid shall be forfeited to the City.
