4:1 <br /> free access to any performance, exhibition, play, entertainment <br /> or amusement above enumerated without any fee, compensation or reward <br /> for the purpose of inspecting the same or enforcing the law and <br /> ordinances of the City and any person, firm or corporation, refusing <br /> any police officer admittance to the same shall, upon conviction thereof, <br /> be punished by a fine of not to exceed One H .ndred( `100) Dollars or <br /> imor.isoned in the City Jail for a period of not to exceed thirty(30) <br /> days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Section Any person or persons , firm or cooporation who <br /> shall conduct, maintain, manage or carry on any of the performarn es, <br /> exhibitions, plays, entertainments or amusements mentioned in this <br /> ordinance without having first obtained a license therefor/as provided <br /> in this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine <br /> of not to exceed One Hundred (yt'100) Dollars or imprisonment for a period <br /> of not to exceed thirty (SC) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Section 6 : All licenses shall be revocable by the City <br /> Council for violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance or <br /> whenever , in the opinion of the City Cou° cil any of the exhibitions <br /> or things done under such license shall be disorderly or shall tend <br /> to disturb peace and good order in the city. In case any such license <br /> is revoked, the unearned portion of the fee paid shall be forfeited to <br /> the City. <br /> Section 7: That Ordinances No 's 1441, 1527, 459,1977 and all <br /> ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of <br /> this ordinance, be, and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> /1/# 1.?Ar- <br /> Passed Decemb, - 1924 <br /> Attest : <br /> y er <br /> Published: December 18, 1924 <br />
