Tract of land bounded on the south by the north line of Sines Acre Tracts, on the East by the center line of the alley, west of Maple St . , produced S t ly and on the NW'ly side by the (Treat Northern Railway Co 's R/W. Great Northern Railway Co's R/W lying just north of Sines Acre Tracts and between the center line of the alley west of Maple St. , produced and the center line of the alley, west of Pine Street . , produced, as platted in Everett Land Co's 1st. Add. That portion of the Northern r'acific terminal grounds bounded on the East by the rest line of Pine Wit . , on the south by the north line of 36th St. on the west by a line parallel to and distant 132 ft. west from the west line of Pine St. and on the north by the north line of the Sines Acre Tracts. Section 4 : That a special fund is hereby created to be called Local Improvement District Fund No 1 ' L, ,which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said Local Improvement District and the proceeds of the sale of all of the bonds of said district , for the purpose of defraying the cost and expenses of such improvement . Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement . Section 5 : The costs and expenses of such improvement shall be defrayed by special assewsment,payable in ten (10) equmT annual installments with interest thereon at the rate of seven (7 ) percent per annum under the mode of payment by bonds, as provided by law and the ordinavi ces of said city.
