8 <br />(k) Survivability. All clauses of this License that require performance beyond <br />the expiration of termination of the License shall survive such termination or expiration. <br />(l) Counterparts / Signatures. This License may be executed in counterparts <br />with the same effect as if both parties hereto had executed the same document. Both <br />counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute a single License. Both parties agree <br />that electronic signatures, copies of signatures by photocopy, email, pdf or fax shall be <br />considered equivalent to handwritten signatures executed on paper. Scanned copies of a <br />signature will be considered the same as a handwritten signature.
