SECTION 00 25 13 <br />PRE -BID MEETING <br />PART 1 <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br />A. One pre -bid meeting will be held to discuss the Project. Attendance at the pre -bid meeting is <br />not mandatory for prospective bidders. At this meeting the items on the Agenda will be <br />covered (see 1.5 AGENDA). The meeting will also include a non -mandatory site visit. <br />1.02 DATES AND TIMES <br />A. A non -mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled at 11:00 AM on Thursday April 18, 2024 at the <br />site with a non -mandatory site visit afterwards_ <br />1.03 LOCATION <br />A. The pre -bid meeting and site visit will occur at the Reservoir 3 site at 6107 Evergreen Way, <br />Everett, WA 98203. <br />1.04 NOT USED <br />1.05 AGENDA <br />A. Review Scope of Project <br />B. Review required documents to be submitted with the Bid Form <br />C. Bid Due Date <br />D. Review Scope of Work <br />E. Review Addendums to date <br />F. Review bid documents, instructions to bidders etc. <br />G. Review Bid Sheet <br />H. Receive questions, comments from bidders <br />1.06 ADDENDA <br />A. Questions received during the pre -bid meeting and site visit shall be noted and answered as <br />addenda. <br />B.
