To Whom it may concern. <br /> The proposed work for the project for the Ray residence at 1406 E Casino Rd, Everett 98203 is <br /> as follows. For the existing powder room we are removing the existing bathtub and replacing the <br /> tub with a new shower area of the same size as the existing bathtub. We are moving the existing <br /> vanity to a new location on the West wall of the powder room. We are also replacing the existing <br /> flooring with new LVP planks. New shower are to have an acrylic shower pan with tile surround <br /> walls. We are removing and replacing the toilet and the existing small closet area will have not <br /> change to it. <br /> For the hallway bathroom we are removing and replacing the existing bathtub and will have tile <br /> surround walls. We are also removing and replacing the toilet, vanity and countertop with new. <br /> The flooring to the bathroom will also be new LVP planks. <br /> The existing flooring to the kitchen, dining room, sitting area, laundry room, living room and <br /> hallway areas will also be replaced with LVP planks. <br /> Thank you for all of your help with this matter.
