<br /> property line. The lower tier retaining wall is about 5 feet behind the rockery and 2.5 feet to 6 feet in
<br /> height (4 to 9 Keystone blocks). Since the lower wall is below the projected 1:1 slope line from the
<br /> bottom of the rockery, it will not add surcharge to the existing rockery.
<br /> The upper tier retaining wall is 6 feet behind the lower wall and 3 feet to 5 feet in height (5 to 8
<br /> Keystone blocks). The upper tier wall is below the projected 1:1 slope line from the bottom of lower
<br /> wall and will not add any surcharge to the lower wall.
<br /> Both the upper and lower tier wall height remains the same height till the northern 25 feet where
<br /> the ground starts to drop and the walls get taller. Photos 1 and 2 show the general condition of the
<br /> retaining walls and rockery. Photo 3 shows the northern portion of the retaining wall that over 4 feet
<br /> in height and Photo 4 shows the northeast corner of the retaining where the wall height reaches 6
<br /> feet.
