From:Jason Bean<jason@keckgc.com> Sent: Friday, March 29, 2024 2:09 PM To: Cindy Bergsma<CBergsma@everettwa.gov>;Yin Lu <YLu@everettwa.gov> Cc:Cindy Bergsma<CBergsma@everettwa.gov> Subject: Re: [EXTERNAL] Re: B2403-002- 10115 Holly Dr-building permit scope Category 2:Sensitive information Hi Cindy, It's kind of a confusing situation.We were granted B2210-052 for structural repairs that we found on a breezeway.We then opened a second permit for deck repairs, B2211-004(I think, may have been 003, I'm not at my computer to confirm).Around this time we were informed that we only needed one permit for all building envelope repairs.So we had two open permits, I finalled B2210-052 thinking we would be covered by our other permit.After that permit was finalled,further repairs were identified.The portal showed B2210-052 with an expiration date of 3/8/24.When reached out to ask that the permit be extended I was informed that the 3/8/24 expiration date was an error and that B2210-052 was archived. I submitted a new permit application at this point. If you need further information, a phone call may be easier to work through this. The permit B2210-052 was in fact finaled. Meaning it had all the inspections and scope of work was done. We are under the impression that the new permit B2403-002 has different scope, is that not the case? What is your intent after the other permit was finaled? 4I1 ,.
