However, if there are discrepancies in the locations of the breezeways and how they are situated, then
separate site plans may be necessary. This is only in regards to the Planning Department requirements and may not
account for the needs from other departments (namely Building and Public Works).
Best regards,
- Planner On -Duty
Jessica Jarvi I Land Use Planning Division
Community, Planning & Economic Development
EVERETT 425.257.8810, option 3 1 3200 Cedar Street 2i' FI., Everett, WA 98201
everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
From: Jason Bean <jason@keckgc.com>
Sent: Monday, October 24, 2022 1:05 PM
To: JessicaJarvi<JJarvi@everettwa.gov>
Cc: Planning Email <Planning@everettwa.gov>
Subject: Re: [EXTERNAL] Re: B2210-039 - 10115 Holly Dr - Correction Letter
Thank you for the information, that makes mores sense now.
We are planning on addressing 7-10 of these exterior breezeways. Is there a way to meet your site plan
criteria and not have to do a new site plan for each building?
Thank you,
Jason Bean
KECK General Construction
17311 135TH AVE NE
Suite B400
Woodinville, WA
Cell: 206-498-2332
Email: lason(cDkeckgacom
Website: www.keckgc.com
From: Jessica Jarvi <JJarvi(@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Friday, October 21, 2022 1:40 PM
To: Jason Bean <iason(a@eckgc.com>
