Scott Dinkelman, LEG <br />PanGEO Inc., Principal Engineering Geologist <br />Years with Firm: 10 <br />Project Role: Geotechnical Engineering <br />Scott Dinkelman will serve as the Project Manager for the geotechnical aspects of this <br />project, and he will be the single point of contact. Scott brings more than 25 years of <br />technical and project management experience providing geotechnical, and engineering <br />geology consulting services. As a Principal Engineering Geologist, Mr. Dinkelman <br />is responsible for overall project supervision and coordination including mapping, <br />exploration and site assessment, analysis of geologic data, design, and preparation <br />and presentation of technical reports. Scott has worked on more than 20 park and trail <br />projects in the past 10 years. <br />Siew L. Tan, PE <br />PanGEO Inc., Principal Geotechnical Engineer <br />Years with Firm: 24 <br />Project Role: Principal-in-Charge, Geotechnical Engineering <br />Siew L. Tan, PE will service as Principal-in-Charge for geotechnical tasks. He has over 33 <br />years of local experience in a wide range of public and private projects. As principal- <br />in-charge, Mr. Tan will administer the engineering services contracts, participate in the <br />management of individual projects, and provide oversight for all services completed. <br />Andrew Jonsson <br />DCW Cost Management, Senior Project Leader <br />Years with Firm: 8 <br />Project Role: Cost Estimating <br />Andrew and DCW have completed multiple project types for over 200 federal projects, <br />from feasibility through design, the stage gate process, and delivery. He has significant <br />experience with renovation or new construction for public spaces, systems upgrades, <br />exterior upgrades, site improvements including security and monitoring measures, seismic <br />retrofits for public buildings including law enforcement, courthouses, and public safety <br />buildings. Andrew will manage the cost report development, the product cost research, <br />and confirm accuracy of all deliverables. He will also engage deeply in the reconciliation <br />process, and provide the reconciliation documentation to the team.
