Brad went out and checked smh behind 7221 Yew st. no issues. advised that the issue was on the private side. -WO 2024000605 created on 1/17/24 and sent to Brad. -Customer had plumber come out. Plumber reported that it appeared system was connected to septic but records show connected to COE sewer. - Received SR 7195129 on 1/22/24- PLUMBER HAS QUESTIONS ABOUT S/S.STATES HE FOLLOWED PIPE OUTTO SEPTIC TANK.STATES NO HOOK UP TO SEWER MAIN. HE WOULD LIKE CALLTO DISCUSS OPTIONS. QUESTIONS WHETHER TANK IS HOOKED TO SEWER MAIN,OWNER HAS NEVER HAD TANK PUMPED. -Chris Grenzner made note that he informed plumber: Found documents stating; 6/4/68-Septic tank install with drainfield. 7/27/1973- New connection. Connected by contractor. Provided this information to plumber. PERMIT# 10311 1973 -CALLER (Bruce from Pump Pros) STATES THEY FOUND A PERMIT FOR THE SEWER CONNECTION FROM THE 70'S. CALLER WOULD LIKE AN UPDATE ON THIS REQUEST PLEASE. BRUCE STATES THEY PUMPED THE TANK AND THE OUTFALL IS NOT CONNTECTED TO THE MAIN. Forwarded to Grant at this point. - 1/25/24—From Brad: Plumber states not hooked to sewer main but still on septic.Advised city requests customer to hook to sewer main. Caller states permit from 1973 was falsified because the inspector sign off saying hooked up but it wasn't. Advised to contact Grant Moen. -2/5/24 COE (Marcus) camera to verify stub to property. Went through smh at 7221 Yew St.Verified stub.
