ORDINA2CE NO 2172 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.406, for the improvement of 9th Street from East Grand Avenue to Maple Street ; maple Street from 9th to llth Street; and llth 'street from Maple Street to East Grand :venue, by construction of a two inch water main and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in convection therewith to makd a complete improve- . ment under Ordinance No.2147 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixinf the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.406, for the improvement of 9th Street from East Grand Avenue to Maple Street ; Maple Street from 9th to llth Street and llth Street from r:Seple Street to East "rand Avenue, by construction of a two inch water rosin and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.L147 of the City of Everett , as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount char ,ed against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said loll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot,
