Regulated Building Material Inspection � Terracon <br /> Port of Everett Marina - Equator Shed s Everett, Washington <br /> June 22, 2023 a Terracon Project No. 81227459 <br /> Executive Summary <br /> Port of Everett retained Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) to conduct a regulated building <br /> materials inspection of the Port of Everett Marina - Equator Shed, located at 1205 Craftsman Way in <br /> Everett, Washington. Terracon's representatives, Mr. Jacob Lindberg and Ms. Lydia Slugen, conducted <br /> the inspection on June 13, 2023. <br /> Terracon inspected the building for the following regulated building materials: <br /> En Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) <br /> El Assumed asbestos-containing materials <br /> M Lead-containing coatings (paints) <br /> s Mercury-containing light tubes, switches, and thermostats <br /> Suspected high-intensity discharge (HID) lamps <br /> e Suspected Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB)-containing fluorescent light ballasts <br /> Asbestos <br /> Twelve bulk samples of suspect asbestos-containing materials were collected and analyzed using <br /> Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM). None of the sampled materials were found to contain asbestos and <br /> none of the materials were assumed to be ACM. <br /> Lead <br /> Four paint chip samples were collected and analyzed for total lead content. One of the paint chip <br /> samples was found to contain detectable concentrations of lead. <br /> Other Regulated Materials <br /> Mercury-containing fluorescent light tubes, high intensity discharge lamps, switches and thermostats <br /> were not identified in the building. <br /> Explore with us i <br />
