DRAINAGE REPORT <br />Miller Residence Drain <br />June 2023 <br />downspouts are directed off site to a City of Everett detention vault located underneath the cul-de-sac <br />of 59th Street SW. <br />SITE SOILS AND GROUND COVER <br />The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) soil survey classifies site soils of the project area as <br />primarily Alderwood-Everett gravelly sandy loams belonging to hydraulic soil groups "A/B". See the <br />NRCS Soil Report in APPENDIX E for more soil details. <br />CRITICAL AREAS <br />Per the City of Everett 19.37.040 the critical areas regulated by the jurisdiction include: <br />• Wetlands <br />• Aquifer Recharge Areas <br />• Geologically Hazardous Areas <br />• Fish and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Areas <br />• Flood Hazard Areas <br />• Ground Water Discharge Areas <br />A review of the Map Everett DE did not indicate wetlands or hydric soils within the project site. A review <br />of the City of Everett Critical Areas Map 3 indicates that the project site is within the Erosion Hazard <br />Classification of Very High/Severe. According to the City of Everett's Critical Areas Map 1 the project site <br />is not located within an Aquifer Recharge Area or Ground Water Discharge Areas. See APPENDIX D for <br />Geotechnical Report. <br />ADJACENT AREAS AND EXISTING DEVELOPMENT <br />Bounding the site to the south and east is a City of Everett Parks -General Recreation lot and north is 59th <br />Street SW.
