DRAINAGE REPORT <br />Miller Residence Drain <br />Proposed ESC Measures <br />(All ESC Measures Shall Comply with the 2019 SWMMWW) <br />June 2023 <br />ESC Measure <br />Comment <br />1 <br />Identify Project Limits <br />Mark by fencing or other means to contain the <br />grubbing and grading activities. <br />2 <br />Catch Basin Inlet Protection <br />Install catch basin inlet protection in any <br />drainage structures that may collect any <br />stormwater flowing from the construction site. <br />3 <br />Phase Grubbing and Grading <br />Phase clearing so that only those areas that are <br />actively being worked are uncovered. From <br />October 1 through April 30, no soils shall <br />remain exposed for more than 2 days. From <br />May 1 through September 30, no soils shall <br />remain exposed for more than 7 days. <br />4 <br />Install Straw Wattles <br />Install straw wattles around disturbed areas <br />where sediment could be transported off -site. <br />Adjust straw wattles as required by site <br />conditions and construction sequencing. <br />5 <br />Sod/Seed Exposed Areas <br />Cleared areas will be sod/seeded as soon as <br />possible after grading completed (few weeks). <br />6 <br />Soil Removal <br />Remove excess soil from the site as soon as <br />possible after backfilling. <br />7 <br />Protect Adjacent Properties <br />Adjacent properties shall be protected from <br />sediment deposition by appropriate use of <br />vegetative buffer strips, sediment barriers or <br />filters, dikes or mulching, or by a combination <br />of these measures and other appropriate <br />BMPs. <br />8 <br />Street Cleaning <br />Provide for periodic street cleaning to remove <br />any sediment that may have been tracked out. <br />Sediment should be removed by shoveling or <br />sweeping and carefully removed to a suitable <br />disposal area where it will not be re -eroded. <br />9 <br />Inspect ESC BMPs <br />Inspect all erosion and sediment control BMPs <br />installed regularly, especially after any large <br />storm.
