I am the planner conducting the Planning review for this application; please note the following comments are not a thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points. Additional comments may be provided by the other intake reviewer for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. Unfortunately, Planning cannot further review and/or approve your permit submittal until the following revisions have been addressed: • 10111 9th Ave W is in the MU (Mixed Urban)Zone and has the following fence standards found in Everett Municipal Code 19.40.010 B. 1: Height and Location. Fences may be up to six feet in height if the fence is at least ten feet from the back of the sidewalk and is at least seventy percent transparent. The transparency requirement shall not apply to any fence thirty-six inches or less in height. If no sidewalk exists, the fence must be set back a minimum of ten feet from where the sidewalk will be placed in the future as determined by the city engineer. Fences are not permitted to be over 6 feet in height in the MU Zone, measured from grade to the top of the railing.
