From: Erika Spencer <ESpencer@everettwa.gov> <br />Sent: Tuesday, April 30, 2024 11:52 AM <br />To: Briana Calhoun <B.Calhoun@fehrandpeers.com>; Heather Griffin <HGriffin@everettwa.gov> <br />Cc: Yorik Stevens-Wajda <YStevens@everettwa.gov>; Alice Ann Wetzel <AWetzel@everettwa.gov> <br />Subject: Land Capacity Analysis Data <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />GreeƟngs! <br />AƩached is the Land Capacity Analysis shapefile, metadata and maps of the Community Outreach Areas (COA)’s & <br />Growth Geographies for reference. <br />A brief recap of how we got here: <br />Started with Buildable Lands dataset (report issued in 2021 using 2019 data) <br />includes data on housing & employment <br />polygons are in economic units which combines parcels of same ownership into one EU (see EU Type codes tab <br />of excel table for more info) <br />Added several aƩributes to update the 2019 data to 2023 for example: <br />MKIMP2023, MKLND2023, MKTTL2023, StatusOv2023, ILRATIO23, etc <br />Calculated/ran analysis for the new fields <br />To filter for economic units only within the EvereƩ City Limits query COA<>MUGA <br />Exported shapefile database for Yorik’s Land Capacity Analysis Model <br />Model includes factors and various building types to create dwelling units for each alternaƟve <br />Output is three addiƟonal fields: <br />In the model=yes (determines economic units within the model) <br />A2TotDU (AlternaƟve 2 total dwelling units) <br />A3TotDU (AlternaƟve 3 total dwelling units) <br />Let us know if you have quesƟons or need addiƟonal shapefiles to run your analysis.
