I am the Planner conducting the review for this application. My comments for this proposal are included <br /> below: <br /> 1. Parking. Per EMC 19.34.020,Table 34-1 the minimum off-street parking spaces required for health clubs or <br /> athletic facilities is "1 per 300 square feet." It appears that the previous tenant (Ziply fiber) would have required <br /> 1 per 400 square feet for retail trade and services.The change in tenants/use will therefore affect the parking <br /> requirement, increasing the required number of parking spaces by one. It is understood that at this location,the <br /> parking is shared between tenants.
