RESOLUTION NO. 8042 <br />A RESOLUTION Approving Amendments to the Snohomish County 911 Interlocal Agreement <br />WHEREAS, <br />A.On November 29, 2017, the City Council authorized the Mayor to sign the Snohomish County <br />Regional Public Safety Communications Agency Interlocal Agreement. This agreement <br />established Snohomish County 911, made Everett a member, and has been amended from time- <br />to-time since 2017 (as amended, the “SNO911 Agreement”). <br />B.The Governing Board of Snohomish County 911 has requested certain amendments to the <br />SNO911 Agreement regarding the Governing Board and other matters, which are amendments <br />that must be approved by the legislative bodies of the members of Snohomish County 911. The <br />proposed amendments are shown in Exhibit A to this Resolution. The purpose of this <br />amendment is to accomplish this approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br />The amendments to the SNO911 Agreement as shown in the attached Exhibit A are hereby approved. <br />The Mayor is authorized to sign any document(s) necessary to implement this approval, including <br />signing if necessary a replacement SNO911 Agreement in substantially the form attached as <br />Exhibit A. <br />_________________________________________ <br />Councilmember introducing resolution <br />Passed and approved this 26th day of June, 2024. <br />______________________________________ <br />Council President <br />Scott G Bader
