S . <br /> 0 <br /> TEE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That that part of the Mukilteo Water main <br /> belonging to the Mukilteo Water District and extending from the <br /> South City limits to its connection with the water main owned by <br /> the City of Everett on Edward Avenue, the exact course of which <br /> water main is described as follows: <br /> "Beginning at a point on Edward Ave . , where the City <br /> of Everett pipe line , in the alley of Block,7,Vestal and W'hitfield's <br /> First Plat, intersects the iukilteo pipe line in Edward Avenue ; <br /> thence east along Edward Ave. to Federal Street; thence south <br /> along Federal Street to an intersection with the old Mukilteo <br /> Boulevard across the N 1/2 of Block,9, SwaiwellTs 3rd Add; thence <br /> Wtly along said old Mukilteo Boulevard across Block 9, SwaLwellTs <br /> 3rd Add. to an intersection with the new Mukilteo Highway; thence <br /> continue in a general Wily direction along said Eukilteo Highway <br /> to its intersection with the West line of Section 36, Twp 29, <br /> North of Range 4 E.W.M." <br /> be purchased from said Mukilteo Water District for the sum of <br /> Five Thousand (85000.00) Dollars, payable as hereinafter provided. <br /> together with the installation in said line of the necessary number of fire <br /> hydrants. Section 2 : That the cost and expense of such improve- <br /> ment including the necessary incidental expenses shall be borne by <br /> and assessed against the property included in the assessment <br /> district hereinafter created in accordance with law. The City of <br /> Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the <br /> cost and expense of such improvement. <br /> Section 3 : That there is hereby established a Local <br /> 0 <br /> Improvement District to be called Local Improvement District No.-9 <br /> which district shall include the following described property , <br /> to-wit : <br /> -2- <br />
