4 <br /> I _ <br /> ORDINANCE NO 2156 , • <br /> An Ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No.2011, <br /> as amended by Ordinance No.2046 of the City of Everett, the said <br /> amendment herein relating to the prohibition of the use of trailers <br /> end the width and weight of loads that may be carried on, over or <br /> along the trestle known as the Norton ::venue Extension,,an i declaring <br /> en emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That Section 8 of Ordinance No.2011 , <br /> as amended by Ordinance No.2046, be further amended to read as <br /> follows , to-wit : <br /> "Section 8 : It shall be unlawful for any person, <br /> firm or corporation to drive, propel or haul any vehicle on, over <br /> or along the trestle known as the Norton .Lvenue _;xtension which, <br /> together with its load, shall weigh more than 16,000 pounds, <br /> It shall also be unlawful for any person, firm <br /> or corporation to drive, propel, haul or pull any trailer on, <br /> over3� or alon _ the trestle known as the Norton venue extension, <br /> r € .ba's�e��' �w- eat, .v t�'s e a ei o e <br /> t g i 11 also be unlawful for any person, firm or <br /> corporation to drive, propel or haul any vehicle over seven (7) <br /> feet in width or haul or convey on any vehicle any load which <br /> shall be over seven (7) feet in width, on, over or along the ' kke_ <br /> trestle known as the Norton Avenue Extension.fl A <br /> Section 2 nn emergency is declared to exist and <br /> this ordinance shall take effect upon its pas-age and publication. <br /> 7 <br /> Y <br /> passed: Setpembtr 9th, 1924 <br /> attest : <br /> City Clerk <br /> published: September 17, 1924 <br /> I <br />
