SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Service Provider will book Steel Beans for performances at the City’s Fourth of July Festival, which is <br />July 4, 2024. <br />For each artist booking, the Service Provider must: <br />Get written email approval from the City’s Project Manager for the artist and time and place of <br />performance. <br />Sign a written contract for the performance with the artist. Service Provider and the artist must <br />sign the contract. Unless otherwise allowed in writing by the City Project Manager, the <br />contract form used for all artists must be as provided by the City. <br />Service Provider must provide to the City’s Project Manager by email a copy of each fully signed <br />performance contract. <br />Service Provider will coordinate load in, stage plots, input lists and artist advances. <br />Within 10 days after the Fourth of July Festival is finished, the City will pay the Service Provider that total <br />amount that Service Provider is obligated to pay artists under its Fourth of July performance contracts. <br />Payment will only be for artists that the City Project Manager has approved and for which the City <br />Project Manager has been provided a copy of the fully signed performance contract. This City payment <br />to Service Provider will not exceed a cumulative total of $1,000.00. If Service Provider makes <br />commitments to artists that total more than $1,000.00, the City has no obligation to cover that excess <br />and the excess will be Service Provider’s sole responsibility. <br />Service Provider is responsible to pay each artist in accordance with the performance contract between <br />Service Provider and the artist. <br />To compensate Service Provider for Service Provider’s work under this Agreement, the City will provide <br />space to Service Provider at the 2024 Fourth of July Festival to host a beer garden. Service Provider will <br />be required to sign the City’s Standard License to Use City Property prior to space use. The City has <br />provided a copy of the Standard License to Use City Property to Service Provider.
