Scope of work for the additional survey services <br />A d d i t i o n a l A r e a o f C o v e r a g e : <br />Approximately 1 acre of site on the attached exhibit entitled “Additional area for Pickleball Design” lying south of <br />the area that has already been mapped. We will also investigate and locate the catch basins to the northwest of <br />the site. <br />S COP E OF WOR K <br />T a s k 1 – T o p o g r a p h i c S u r v e y <br />Survey control will be established from our existing City of Everett and/or Snohomish County published control <br />points. <br />T o p o g r a p h i c S u r v e y <br />Building locations including finished floor elevations at all doorways and overhangs. <br />Above grade improvements, such as curbs, sidewalks, fences, driveways, channelization, signs, ramps, <br />walls, stairs, etc. <br />Indicate types and extents of surfacing materials. <br />Trees 6-inch diameter four feet above the ground. <br />Indicate horizontal and vertical datum with ties to published data. <br />Set a minimum of one permanent benchmark . <br />Surface indications of utilities, such as vaults, pedestals, etc. <br />Utility lines that can be visually observed, located by RF locating equipment, or identified on readily <br />available record drawings received through the City & District. <br />Sewer and storm structures will be measured for invert elevations, size of pipe, and size of structure and <br />will be located to the first offsite structure, upstream and downstream. <br />High and low spots will be located as well as top and toe of slopes. This will be further supplemented by a <br />sufficient number of spot elevations will be taken in order to create 2’ contours. <br />16 hrs for Sr. Survey Tech <br />16 hrs for Survey tech II <br />2 hrs for Principal Surveyor and 8 hrs for Cad Tech II <br />$6,424 <br />Plus $500 for locates
