Additional Scope and Fee for Structural Services <br />Scope of work: <br />Estimate gravity and retained loads in accordance with the Washington State <br />Building Code. <br />Design one standard retaining wall that may be used throughout the project site. <br />Develop drawings to illustrate the design concepts. <br />Issue drawings and calculations stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in <br />the State of Washington. <br />Assumptions: <br />All walls will be cast-in-place concrete. <br />The City will provide design criteria for vehicles that may drive on the retained <br />surface. <br />All meetings and coordination will be held virtually. <br />Borings to be done by others <br />Exclusions: <br />All services not explicitly delineated above. <br />Advanced analyses for lateral spreading, liquefaction, and other seismically <br />induced soil movements impacting the retaining walls. <br />Special provisions for specifications. <br />Cost estimates. <br />Site visits. <br />Services during construction. <br />PACE-SURVEY Fees: <br />Services $6,424.00 <br />Locates $ 500.00 <br />Survey Subtotal $6,924.00 <br />PACE-Structural <br />Engineering $5,536.83 <br />Borings (performed by HWA) $ 900.00 <br />Management Reserve--to be used as directed by the City of Everett $1,563.17 <br />Engineering Subtotal $8,000.00 <br />Total-Amendment No. One $14,924.00
