Specialized Services Agreement Page 8 of 10 PST Investigations <br />City of Everett, WA 2024 Public Safety Testing, Inc. <br />Further, it is recognized that Contractor may or will be performing <br />professional services during the term of this Agreement for other parties; <br />however, such performance of other services shall not conflict with or <br />interfere with Contractor's ability to perform the services. Contractor agrees <br />to resolve any such conflicts of interest in favor of the Client. <br />9.8 Waiver. Any waiver by the Contractor or the Client or the breach of any <br />provision of this Agreement by the other party will not operate, or be <br />construed, as a waiver of any subsequent breach by either party or prevent <br />either party from thereafter enforcing any such provisions. <br />9.9 Venue. Venue for any lawsuit arising out of this Agreement shall be in the <br />Superior Court of Snohomish County, Washington. <br />9.10 Signature/Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, <br />each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, taken together, <br />shall be deemed one and the same document.
