This property lies within the Mukilteo Water and <br /> Wastewater District's (District's) sewer service area boundary. Please be advised that water <br /> service in this area is provided by the City of Everett. Sewer service is available, subject to the <br /> conditions listed in this letter. <br /> Prosect Description: <br /> It is the District's understanding that you wish to demolish the existing single family residence <br /> to construct a new duplex. <br /> Existing Facilities: <br /> There are sanitary sewer facilities, in the vicinity, capable of providing sanitary sewer service to <br /> the property. <br /> There is an existing 8" sewer main that is located in the center lane of 4t"Ave W. There is one <br /> 6" sanitary sewer stub to the property line of this lot, being utilized by the existing single-family <br /> residence. A 4" PVC lateral is extended from the 6" sewer stub to the structure. <br /> Development Requirements: <br /> The existing sewer service that serves the existing single-family structure can be utilized if the <br /> existing single-family structure is replaced with a duplex. An Agreement and Sewer Easement <br /> for Common Side Sewer Owners will be required if both units of the duplex utilize the existing <br /> 6" sanitary sewer stub. If a common side sewer is utilized, the individual onsite side sewers <br /> must connect to a 6" portion of the sewer system. <br /> To obtain sewer service, the Owner shall apply for sewer permits and make payment at the <br /> District Office.
