It appears that the minimum net free ventilating area of 1/300 of the area of the vented attic <br />space was checked on sheets A6A and A6B. The plans should show that the minimum net free <br />ventilating area is 1/150 of the area of the vented attic space unless the exceptions are met, <br />however the Climate Zone exception is not met as Everett is in Climate Zone 4. IRC R806.2 and <br />WSEC R301.1. <br />This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br />amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br />during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br />requirements.
