Unfortunately, Planning cannot further review and/or approve your permit application until the following is addressed: • Per Everett Municipal Code 19.06.030 A. 5: air conditioning units may be located in any required setback provided that any such equipment shall not be located within 3 feet of any side lot line or rear lot line where there is no alley. Please login to your Online Permitting Portal user account and update M2312-055 with an updated site plan for staff to review.
