Submitted checklists that lack the necessary information for review are considered <br /> incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br /> Preparation of t rm ater Site Plan <br /> The purpose of this task is to convey all relevant information aboutthe proposed project to the City for review <br /> to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br /> This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br /> significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br /> Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br /> Provide description of existing site conditions: <br /> Flat lot, comprised mainly of landscaping, with existing Parking Pad (528 SF), <br /> Covered Gardening Area/Shed (168 SF), and existing detached shop/garage <br /> (670 Sq ft). <br /> Describe existing structures (location, type): <br /> 0.25 acre lot with existing hm & det. shop along the alley.Existing parking pad <br /> (PP) to the North of the shop parallel to the alley.East of the PP - covered <br /> gardening shed/area (CGA).West to East is alley,PP,CGA/Existing Shop, SFR. <br /> Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): <br /> Flat with a fraction of a percentage rolling East. <br /> Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br /> SFR has a Class 4 Comp Shingle 50 year roof, Detached Shop flat metal roof. <br /> Parking pad is cement. Patio outside of SFR Is cement. Cement sidewalk <br /> connecting front/back of SRF and detached shop. <br /> Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quantity ft2): <br /> Approx. 8,515 SF of vegetation, 90% lawn with mature shrubs on the NE corner <br /> A and Central North edge of property, and lanscaping around perimeter of the <br /> home.
