<br /> project, we ask for a critical area report to be done and that helps determine building setbacks. I'd be happy to look up
<br /> your property to help determine if a report will be needed before construction. You can also go to Everett Maps and
<br /> select Planning and Zoning, Critical Areas, Geologic Hazards and then choose Landslide Areas to see if your property
<br /> contains or is near a slope severe enough to require a critical area report.
