STEP 1. DETERMINE APPLICABILITY <br /> Use the criteria below to determine if this template may be used for your project. If any <br /> criteria below are marked "False," this template may not be used and a report meeting <br /> City standards is required and shall be prepared by a professional Engineer licensed in the <br /> State of Washington. Flow control facilities shall be designed by an engineer for projects <br /> with 2,000 sf or more net new impervious area (see Step 6). <br /> This project will create at least 2,000 ft2 of new plus replaced impervious <br /> p ❑ surface area or at least 200 sf of net new impervious area. <br /> 0 ❑ This project will create less than 5,000 ft2 of new plus replaced impervious <br /> surface area. <br /> ❑ ❑ This project drains to the combined sewer. <br /> ❑ This project converts less than 3/4 acre of existing soil cover or vegetation to <br /> lawn or landscape areas. <br /> 7 I ❑ This project will not adversely impact a water of the state. <br /> ❑ This project will not change a natural drainage course and will not generate any <br /> new concentrated flows leaving the site. <br /> ❑ This project will not be constructed within a critical area or a critical area buffer <br /> and will not adversely impact a critical area.See the City of Everett Municipal <br /> Code, Title 19.37. <br /> City of Everett Public Works Small Project Stormwater Site Plan Report for Projects in V6-//5 <br /> the Combined Sewer Area-April 2021 <br />
